VK Company Limited (LSE, MOEX: VKCO, hereinafter referred to as “VK” or the “Company”) announces it has notified Citibank, N.A. acting as the Company’s Global Depositary Receipt (“GDR”) program depositary bank, on the Company’s intention to change the depositary. VK plans to appoint RCS Issuer Services S.AR.L. as its new depositary bank. The Company plans to complete the transfer of the GDR program to the new depositary bank by September 18, 2023.

GDR holders are not required to take any additional actions in connection with the change of the depositary.
